I have owned this product for a year now, and here is my unbiased review:First, the AWESOME! -This trashcan is B-E-A-UTIFUL! (yes, this means a lot to me) -Super well built! (as you would EXPECT) -Outer stainless steel shell is Fingerprint proof (which really works! Even my Girlfriend's clammy hands don't phase it) -Easy to clean -Inner bin removes for easy dumping of trash -Inner bin has an INGENIOUS design for larger bags! (has a hole near the top where you can stick your finger in it and tuck away excess baggage) -I have no problems at all using "aftermarket" trash bags (I use a cheap $5 roll of vanilla scented "Ruffles" bags from walmart--if you have a problem with a certain brand, next time go up to 10 gallon size) -Solid step-pedal (does not creak or feel...
