The 60" blade sweep is perfect for a pretty large room and it moves a TON of air (something like close to 8000 square feet per minute on high). We typically don't even have to have it past the low setting to get a nice breeze. The installation instructions were clear with good illustrations.One thing to be careful of: this was substantially heavier than the fan it replaced, so you will want to double check that your location can support the weight. I also needed help getting it to the top of a 12 foot ladder.... If your room is not large (there are guidelines), this will look a bit outsized and you should get the regular Edgewood series fan.
