The manual does make it a little more manageable. I do love that you can program day light savings so it changes the time automatically for you.Only real dissatisfaction is you can't see the date/time unless you walk up to the display. I was spoiled by our old time clock. Well after the 5th or 6th time it shut itself down and reset itself I finally had it and called to inquire about returning it and refunding us our money. They refused. They did offer to go "above and beyond" and exchange it but when I voiced my concern to the reliability and requested a refund I was told no. This time clock takes over an hour to program. Each time it resets itself you have to sit in front of it and toggle through settings to get it back to normal. Why? It's cheap, that's why.
